Through their sister company Lodge Park Limited we offer site finding service, locating sites for clients looking to develop within a certain area or on a certain type of site.

Financial Appraisal

Prior to site acquisition Lodge Park can provide clients with budgetary commercial advice on likely build costs. Thus enabling clients to purchase with the confidence that the final outcome of the proposed project will be commercially successful.

Design Development

In tandem with the provision of budgetary advice Lodge Park are able to develop the site design to establish the suitability of a perspective site for the clients end use and/or to establish what a particular site is best suited to.

Planning

Lodge Park are experienced in the planning process and can provide a complete planning package from concept through to obtaining planning approval. This will include provision of all specialist services to provide any calculations and documents required to support any planning application including;
