Partnering Contracting

Partnering Contracting allows Lodge Park to become involved in the project development at an early stage and to be part of the Core Project Team offering advice on design, management, and commercial matters in an open forum.

This process allows all involved to have a team input in to the agreement and finalisation of the project design, the final cost and period of construction. The contractor is able to prepare for the commencement of the construction during this process with key specialist designers and contractors engaged at an early stage.
