Industrial

Construction of large, small, single or multiple unit estates of warehousing, manufacturing, storage, and distribution related buildings. Lodge Park have experience in constructing a wide range of industrial building types often as a Design and Build Contractor with responsibility for ensuring the final design fully accommodates the clients operational needs for the property, whilst always ensuring compliance with the client’s budget requirements.

Industrial developments are often on brownfield or redeveloped sites and Lodge Park can bring knowledge and expertise in innovative and economical solutions to the problems these types of sites may pose, particularly with site preparation and foundations. Lodge Park are also proactive in promoting innovative and new design and construction solutions for industrial buildings including the consideration and incorporation of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials and techniques and the use renewable energy systems.

Retail & Leisure

A wide range of various forms of building types and construction techniques to provide buildings to suit a particular end use; including Retails Units, Showrooms, Hotels, Mixed Use Developments, Fitness Centres and the like.

Properties are often of a bespoke design to suit both the client's aspirations of image and the function and use of the building in operation. Lodge Park are able to provide either Design and Construct services or Construction only to the client's own design for buildings of this nature.

Office and Commercial

Construction of office and commercial buildings either as a one off building for a particular occupier/end user or as an estate development for eventual sale or let.

Available construction methods and design are varied as are the levels of sophistication of the buildings final fitting out. Lodge Park are conversant with all forms of construction including steel framed structures, timber framed, and traditional masonry construction, and fitting out to either institutional standards or to a bespoke design for a client's specific requirements.

Space and the use of that space is usually paramount within any commercial building project, Lodge Park are pro active in providing solutions that optimise space whilst maintaining a quality of construction that will be both aesthetically pleasing and provide a building that will meet the clients requirements in use.

Alteration & Refurbishment

Lodge Park are able to provide upgrading, alteration, and extending of existing buildings to accommodate either a new use for the building or expansion for an existing occupier. Projects usually require a combination of these services to achieve the client's final requirement for the completed building.

Contracts often require sympathetic design and workmanship in keeping with the existing buildings fabric and design. Care must be taken with maintaining the existing buildings structural integrity whilst creating the best possible use of the combined new and existing spaces.

Work within occupied properties will require careful planning and coordination to ensure disruption to operations is minimised. This may include requirements for decanting and recanting of occupiers as work progresses. Lodge Park have a flexible and collaborative approach resolving logistical problems that working in occupied buildings create.
